Responsibilities:

Qualifications
· Must have completed Grade 12 .
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a waitress in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well-presented, punctual, and customer-oriented.
CASHIER
Responsibilities:
· Handle all customer transactions accurately.
· Manage cash, POS systems, and daily balancing of sales.
· Provide professional customer service at all times.
· Assist with sales when required.
Qualifications
· Must have completed Grade 12.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cashier.
· Good communication skills and basic numerical accuracy.
· Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
ASSISTANT CHEF
Responsibilities:
· Help the chef with food preparation and cooking.
· Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
· Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients before cooking.
· Assist in serving and plating food.
· Make sure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and properly stored.
· Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
· Help with stock checking and reporting when supplies are running low.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must have completed Grade 12 with a full certificate.
· Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen.
· Should be neat, organized, and able to follow instructions.
· Must be punctual and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
CHEF
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to prepare a wide range of dishes including local and international cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of pasta preparation (fresh and dry pasta) and sauce making.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High level of cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work long standing hours.
QUALIFUCATIONS

DRIVER
Responsibilities:
• Drive company trucks and light vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of goods as assigned.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and in good condition.
• Comply with road traffic laws and company transport policies.
• Assist with loading and off-loading of goods when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and fuel records.
• Be willing to work extra hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Qualifications:
• Must have completed Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s license for both truck and light vehicle classes.
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with trucks and light vehicles.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
