Title: ICT and Branding Officer – Intern

Uspire is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented ICT and Branding Officer - Intern to support ICT operations and branding activities. The role focuses on system support, digital platform administration, and the implementation of approved branding and corporate identity standards in line with established policies and controls.
This internship is ideal for individuals seeking practical, structured exposure to ICT systems, digital operations, and corporate branding within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Operations and Support:
- Support daily use of internal ICT systems including ERP, LMS, email, and approved digital tools.
- Provide basic user support, data entry, and first-level troubleshooting.
- Maintain system records, user access, and digital files.
- Identify and escalate ICT, system, or data issues.
- Support compliance with system access controls, data protection, and ICT usage discipline.
Branding and Corporate Image Support:
- Support implementation of approved branding and corporate identity materials.
- Assist with preparation and correct use of branded documents, templates, and communications.
- Ensure correct application of logos, brand colours, and branding standards across documents and digital platforms.
- Support basic IT system updates, content uploads, and social media posting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ICT systems, digital tools, and support processes.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in following procedures.
- Willingness to learn and work within structured systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
