We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to play a vital role in coordinating our daily operations and maintaining our high standards of service and quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and consistent service delivery.
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene across all areas of the restaurant.
- Participate in the training, scheduling, and active performance monitoring of all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Skillfully handle customer complaints and resolve any operational issues quickly and professionally, maintaining a positive dining experience.
-  Monitor and ensure full compliance with all relevant food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications and Experience 
·        Full Grade 12 certificate or Equivalent 
-  At least 3 years in a similar supervisory or shift-lead role within the food and beverage industry
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent will be an added advantage
-  Must currently be based in Ndola or willing to relocate at own cost.
