SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across all departments, including the coffee bar, sales, and cleaning team.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, service standards, and hygiene procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate dispatches, and maintain accountability.
- Motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between staff and management to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
WAITRESS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a waitress in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, punctual, and customer-oriented.
ASSISTANT CHEF
Responsibilities:
· Help the chef with food preparation and cooking.
· Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
· Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients before cooking.
· Assist in serving and plating food.
· Make sure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and properly stored.
· Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
· Help with stock checking and reporting when supplies are running low.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
