The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Mobile Money agent growth, float management, and operational efficiency within an assigned territory. The role involves ensuring rebalancing efficiency, monitoring performance, and float distribution to improve MoMo accessibility in the region
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage the agent network
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents
- Conduct field analysis and market assessments
- Monitor agent float levels on a daily basis
- Coordinate rebalancing activities to ensure seamless transactions
- Track float and cash distribution
- Identify transaction trends and potential fraud risks
- Conduct regular field visits within assigned agent territories
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations
- Prior telecom field experience is an added advantage (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel preferred)
- Including Go Phone and Mobicell
- Must provide traceable references
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in any business-related field
- Excellent financial literacy
- license (Valid motorbike mandatory)
- Must reside in around or close to (Alick Nkata Road, Great North Road, SOS, Garden, Chipata, Roma, Foxdale, Longacres, Kabalonga, Mass media, Mutendere, kalingalinga)
